Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.

Prepare the Package

Place the unworn shoes back in their original designer box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

Affix the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
